Join Classic Hits 101 Gold for the City of Las Cruces’ Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony!
Celebrate the season with family, friends, and neighbors on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Downtown Plaza de Las Cruces. Here’s what’s in store:
– Live Music: Festive performances by Organ Mountain High School Jazz Band and New Mexico State University‘s Proud Pete 
– Tree Lighting: Mayor Enriquez will light the tree at 7 p.m. after sharing the highlights of 2024
– Santa Claus & Selfie Stations: Get photos with Santa and snap memories at our holiday-themed selfie stations
– City Booths: Complimentary hot cocoa, grab-and-go crafts, and treats for all!
– Food Trucks: Delicious food options available on-site for everyone to enjoy
– Movie Showing: Head to The Rio Grande Theatre after the tree lighting for The Muppets Christmas Carol at 8 p.m. (doors open after the lighting)
