Las Cruces Activates Warming Stations

City Activates Warming Station Tuesday, January 7, 2025

The National Weather Service indicated a Winter Weather Advisory January 7-10 where snow may be possible, and winds gusting to 40 mph. The City invites those in need of warmth and shelter to visit our designated facilities during the following times:

Frank O’Brien Papen Center, 304 Bell Avenue

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday

Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Avenue

8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday – Friday

9 a.m. to 6 p.m Saturday

Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Avenue

9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday – Thursday

10 a.m. to 6 p.m Friday

1 – 5 p.m. Sunday

Munson Senior Center, 975 S. Mesquite Street

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday

Sage Café, 6121 Reynolds Drive

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday

Benavidez Center 1045 McClure Road

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday – Friday
