Is your little athlete ready to hit the diamond? The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department is now accepting registrations for our Lil Sluggers T-Ball and Coach Pitch baseball leagues!
Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait to get in the game!
Ages: 4 – 10 years old (all genders welcome)
Leagues: T-Ball & Coach Pitch
Play Begins: Week of May 11, 2026
Cost: $50 for new players (includes jersey) | $40 for returning players (no jersey)
Online Registration
When: Now through April 10 (unless capacity is met)
Where: lascruces.gov/play
Requirement: A current Parks & Rec Activity ID card must be on file before you register.
In-Person Registration
When: Starts Saturday, April 4 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) through April 10.
Where: Meerscheidt Recreation Center (1600 East Hadley Ave.)
Requirement: Bring a birth certificate or current P&R Activity ID card.
Need an Activity ID Card?
If you don’t have one, you must visit Meerscheidt Recreation Center in person with your child to get one.
Hours: Mon–Fri (9 a.m.–8 p.m.) | Sat (10 a.m.–2 p.m.)
Note: ID cards cannot be issued on the actual registration dates, so get yours early!
Team Placement & Siblings
Teams are formed at the discretion of staff; participants must play in their specific age division.
Siblings: Must be in the same household and age division. You must call 575-541-2563 to ensure your sibling request is documented during registration!
