48 Hour Weekend Closure, Saturday, November 8 through Monday, November 10, 5 a.m. to 5 a.m.
- I-10 westbound at Mesa closed
- I-10 eastbound at Redd closed
Detour: Westbound traffic will exit at Mesa and continue to North Desert through the Mesa, Thorn, and Redd intersections and re-enter westbound I-10 after Redd. Eastbound traffic will exit at Redd and use South Desert to re-enter eastbound I-10 at Mesa (eastbound ramp to I-10 eastbound).
Crews will be removing Portable Traffic Concrete Barrier, remove/replace six asphalt inlet patches with concrete on eastbound I-10, final striping, install Overhead Sign Bridge structure (full width across I-10), and opening NEW westbound Thorn/Redd off-ramp to I-10.
