Attention Dona Ana County Utilities Customers: New Way to Pay Your Bill

Doña Ana County Utilities customers who pay their bills online will need to take action ahead of a new payment portal launching Saturday.

The story continues from KFOX – TV below.

The county said it will transition to a new online payment system called Forte, replacing the current InvoiceCloud payment portal.

Officials said they hope the change gives customers a more secure and convenient way to pay utility bills and manage their accounts online; however, customers enrolled in recurring automatic payments through the existing online payment system must cancel their recurring payment enrollment before Saturday.

Then, if the customers want to continue using the “AutoPay” function after Saturday, they need to re-enroll through Forte after creating a new online account.

The county said the “Pay Utility Bill” button on its website will remain the same, but beginning Saturday, it will automatically connect customers to Forte, the new online payment system.

Instructions for creating a new online account will be included with customers’ next utility bill.

After the new system becomes available, the county said customers will need to create a new online account to use all the features, such as seeing payment history, managing their utility account and using other services.

Customers with questions can contact Doña Ana County Utilities at 575-647-7142 or visit the County’s utilities page.
