Aerosmith’s big Hollywood Bowl announcement didn’t happen this morning.
On Monday, the band posted a video of Steven Tyler putting up the letters on the Hollywood Bowl marquee, “Aerosmith & Friends, Oct 29 / Nov 1,” and promised “all will be revealed tomorrow. 7 am PT.” When 7 a.m. came, Aerosmith posted behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot instead, captioned “Should’ve known letting Steven do the marquee would take a few takes… More tomorrow.”
Some fans voiced frustration in the comments. “I literally set an alarm for more info,” one wrote. The Hollywood Bowl’s website still lists nothing on either date.
Aerosmith haven’t played a show since cancelling their farewell tour in 2023 after Tyler’s vocal cord injury, and they officially retired from touring in 2024.
We’ll keep an eye on this for ya!
